Single Black Female

I had the opportunity to take photos for the performance of Single Black Female which was produced by Nu Spyce Productions and  played at the Montreal Fringe Festival last week starring Letitia Brookes and Gara Niandu.  The performance was about two African American women in their 30’s “searching for love, respect, and dignity in a world that fails to recognize them amongst a parade of stereotypical images.” Letitia and Gara were amazing and played multiple roles from meddling aunties to ex-lovers in a parade of ups and downs in their journey of being a Single Black Female.  A great show and a must see!! Well done ladies….. thank you for letting me be a part of your excellent performance.
